DELIVERY POLICY

Beach Shop offers FREE* shipping worldwide. All products are shipped from our UK warehouse. We aim to deliver your order as soon as it has been processed. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed. Some of our deliveries are insured and if by courier can be tracked after your order is dispatched.

UK VAT and EU Sales Tax

All the prices shown on our products include UK VAT at 20%. We are required by law to charge VAT on all orders to the UK and other European Union countries.

International Sales Tax

Orders shipped outside the UK and European Union is not usually subject to VAT. Where appropriate, we will exclude VAT from your order at checkout depending on your shipping destination.

Recipients of any products shipped outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or other taxes and fees applied by local customs authorities. Please note that any customs charges, local taxes or administration fees paid to couriers as a result of importing the products into your country, should be paid directly by you. Beach Shop does not take any responsibilities for the payment of these charges.

If you are not sure about whether or not these charges may apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

Delivery Charges

We're delighted to offer Free Shipping for all orders over £50. For orders less than £50, it depends on the delivery service you select. Please see the table for current charges, which will be selectable when you place your order at the checkout.

* The actual arrival time may vary as deliveries to international destinations are subject to local customs procedures.

** Our delivery service is not available in the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d’Ivoire), Liberia, Mexico, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Venezuela.

Please note that packages shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes, customs charges and other administration fees. The shipping costs do not include any of these charges and you’re responsible for these payments as a result of imports.

It is your responsibility to ensure your dispatch address is correct when placing the order. If, in any case, you have provided the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible, as we can only amend it before 4pm on the day of your order. Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to change your delivery address.

Track Your Order

For shipments by courier, you will be notified by email once your order has been processed and your payment has been cleared. This may take up to 2 business days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will then receive a second email including your tracking number and the courier details.

You will receive a tracking number with the courier details once the order is sent out. If, for any reason, your order is unable to be delivered, you will be responsible for the repeated delivery charge.

All our products are insured during shipping until they reach you. Once the delivery is complete and confirmed, we no longer have ownership of the products and our insurance will not cover their loss or damage.

Any delays will be notified to you by email or telephone. If an item is out of stock, or cannot be supplied for any reason, we will contact you within five business day of the order being placed (we will be as fast as we can of course). In cases where we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund your card and your order will be cancelled.
